Windows Virtual PC (64-bit) is the latest Microsoft virtualization technology that let you run more than one operating system at the same time on one computer. May 03, 2019 Virtual PC was NOT created for windows 7. It was actually created for the MAC computer, and was ported to windows, and first free release, I believe was in 2001. I know for a fact I have been using it on windows XP, but I think it was version 4, that was released for free, in 2001.
